The house was designed at the client's request to be located separately on any “semi-flat” plot, in national territory. The idea involves selling a house made “of current construction” in plan and with the project ready for construction and licensing. Also to be sold repeatedly in various types, that is, from t2 to t4.
The house has a single front, that is, most of the house's spaces are oriented towards its southern elevation, and is based on a platform, which is slightly elevated in relation to the surrounding land, on which there is also a water mirror, and whose space is used as a living area and outdoor circulation.
The surroundings of the house were designed as a natural setting or landscape arrangement, where various trees and shrubs predominate.
The house is characterized by its juxtaposed divisions, in which there is only one corridor that allows these spaces to be interconnected. To the east are the bedrooms associated with the bathrooms and at the opposite end (to the west) the living room, which consists of a large space that has an area for the kitchen (open), dining area and social area (living room). On the outside, the rhythm of this internal partition is visible, evidenced by the marking of the structure on the facades and in the form of a brise soleil.
